As the Loans Policy Officer, you will educate customers and stakeholders on credit application systems and collection processes. This will include reviewing and updating retail loan policy and complying with Global, Regional and Local Regulation and Policy. You will analyse policies that will aid in bringing opportunities and insights to the business. Collaborating with other depatments will also help in building business. The incumbent will perform data analysis, thereby supporting new initiatives. Identifying process improvements will be crucial to this role.

Requirements:
We seek an enterprising candidate with 2 to 4 years of Retail Banking Loan experience. The candidate should have the ability to use SAS. Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills are mandatory for this role. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field will be preferred.
