Economic Capital Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Develop economic capital models and regular report
* Perform analysis and simulation of economic capital
* ALCO report enhancement
* Execution bonds for bank’s investment and approved securities for customer’s related transaction
* Maintain compliance to securities issuers and counterparty limits
* Establish and maintain policy and procedure related tasks
Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
* Having experience 4 (four) years in Assets and Liability Management and Treasury activities
* Having experience in Credit Risk modeling and calculation
* Having experience in risk components, such as: market risk, operational risk etc
* Having knowledge in BASEL regulations
* Self driven, tough, result and target oriented, practical
* Positive Attitude
* Ability to manage tasks effectively and motivate team members without direct authority
* Able to work well under tight deadline
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
* PC literate, high integrity, risk focus and attention to detail
* Proficient in written and spoken English
