Our services include design, fabrication, transportation and installation of offshore platforms and offshore pipelines for the oil and natural gas industry. Due to expansion, we are looking for an experienced and qualified individual to join us as :
Piping Supervisor
(Riau - Batam)
Responsibilities:
Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards and housekeeping
Monitor piping productivity and man-hour data adjusting accordingly to meet progress and productivity targets for the project (productivity <1)
Provide leadership, direction and make decisions in pursuit of project goals and objectives
Responsible and accountable for the maintenance of fitting equipment and also budgetary management for assigned project or shop
Clearly delegate actions and responsibilities to subordinates, clearly defining deliverable requirements in terms of scope and schedule to the team
Responsible for ensuring that each employee is adequately trained and qualified to execute his work assignment competently and safely
Facilitate and maintain good inter-discipline communications and cohesion throughout the pipe fitting department
Continually review and institute measures for improvement by modification to operating procedures/work instructions
Fully understand and proactively invoke the Company HSE policy, philosophy and procedures
Liaise with piping engineer and shop planner to establish a pipe fabrication and erection plan
Maintain planned schedules and achieve productivity factor of <1
High standard of safe working practice, quality and productivity as well as compliance with Code of Business Conduct
Requirements:
Min 15-25 years of experience in Oil & Gas / Refinery / petrochemical /Power Plant project
Experience in LNG fabrication industry with specific to cryogenic insulation, pipe internal cleanliness
Understand international applicable codes and standards for piping and insulation
Understand piping specifications requirement related to LNG project
Self driven and able to work as part of a dynamic and high performing team
Work location: Batam, Riau Island Province, Indonesia
